Return and Refund Policy


Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once a product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled via our website.


Return Policy:

• Returns/Exchanges are available for selected products only, as specified on the product page.

• In case a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for one-way courier charges.

• A clear unboxing or package-opening video is mandatory for return requests, to ensure product authenticity and prevent misuse of the return policy.

• If we do not have a pickup service available in your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

• Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.


Note for Return:

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• Products should be in original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returns/Exchanges must be requested within the return period indicated on the product page; otherwise, they will not be accepted.


Important:

•To process a return, a video showing the unboxing or package opening must be shared with us on WhatsApp at 9990555971. Without this video, returns will not be considered valid.
